Joint Partners

P3 Energy & Storage GmbH

The 2010 founded P3 E&S unites professors of the electro technical departments of the RWTH Aachen with the industrial expertise of the P3 Group (P3) in the field of automobiles and the energy economy. Their competences are testing lithium-ion battery systems, HV networks and technology-based analysis and consulting services. Besides solutions of the single systems “battery storage“ and “electric supply network“ P3 E&S also provides services for the overall system e.g. the integration of energy storage in the electric supply network.

Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster Department of Information Systems

The research of the chair for information systems and information management focuses on services and modeling information systems. Among other research the BMBF projects FlexNet, ServPay, ServDEA, KollaPro, NSS diverse projects are conducted in the area of services or rather hybrid adding value. The results are provided by software systems for practice (e. g. H2-ServPay, H2-Toolset, Picture, Indapta, ServDEA). With the involvement in the European Research Center for Information Systems (ERCIS) an interdisciplinary solution approach specifically pursues integrating the core competences of computer science, information systems, business administration and jurisprudence.

Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster  Münster Electrochemical Energy Technology

Münster Electrochemical Energy Technology (MEET) is the battery research center at Münster University. It comprises an international team of around 120 scientists who are working on the research and development of innovative electrochemical energy storage devices with high energy density, longer durability and maximum safety. The aim is to improve batteries for use in electric cars and stationary energy storage systems – at the lowest possible cost. MEET has far reaching expertise with analyzing battery aging processes and participates at numerous projects.
